At the start of 2025, iMusician faced a critical crisis: the sudden loss of its mastering engine vendor. This threatened the business and our customers.
We assessed the existing solution against current market realities and realized two things: everyone’s using AI now, and a new UX built around a custom AI engine could unlock significant opportunities—potentially even virality—by better showcasing the product’s value. The catch? We had just two months.
My role was to design a highly engaging user experience alongside backend and frontend development, collaborating with stakeholders and prioritizing rapid iteration over extensive documentation.
